Coimbatore: Coimbatore Police Commissioner Mr. V. Balakrishnan. IPS gave a motivational speech to the newly admitted students of Ratnam College of Arts and Sciences, Echanari. He also conducted a surprise inspection at the C2 Race Road Police Station and heard the grievances of the public.
