Chennai: A social activist who noticed through a post in social media that there were 500 migrants in Chennai who were suffering from inadequate food immediately brought it to the notice of the police authorities. The moment Additional Director General of Police, Mr. Makesh Kumar Agarwal IPS, learned of such a response from the social activist he arranged to provide the suffering migrants with food within a period of 30 minutes.
