Amravati: The Andhra Pradesh government on Thursday transferred five Indian Police Service officers as part of a bureaucratic regime.
Kurnool Superintendent of Police (SP) Mr. CH Sudhir Kumar Reddy has given posting to Konaseema district.
Krishna District SP Mr. Siddharth Kaushal has been transferred to Kurnool in his place.
Mr. KSV Subbareddy, who was Konaseema SP, has been transferred as Mangalagiri APSP 6th Battalion Commandant.
SP Mr. Vishal Gunni has now been appointed as the new Deputy Commissioner of Police (L&O) – Vijayawada.
Vijayawada Rural DCP Mr. P Joshua has been transferred to Krishna District as the new SP. Chief Secretary to the Government Mr. Sameer Sharma has issued orders to this effect.
The Andhra Pradesh government transferred 15 IPS officers last month. Among them are PhD Mr. Ramakrishna as ACB DIG and Mr. Gopinath Jatti as Greyhounds DIG. A senior IPS officer, Mr. Ramakrishna, who was waiting for the posting, was given a place in the vacancy. Mr. LKV Rangarao IGP, Welfare & Sports Posted in Current Vacancy. Mr. Rajasekhara Babu has been appointed as the Octopus DIG in the existing vacancy. Mr. KV Mohan Rao has been appointed as the Training DIG in the existing vacancy. Visakhapatnam Range DIG Mr. Harikrishna has been given full additional responsibilities as Coast Guard DIG.
