MYSURU: On Friday the Karnataka Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) sleuths raided the premises of a senior officer ion the state’s Rural Development Department in Mysuru. According to sources, checks were carried out at four places, a residential flat at Vijayanagar 1st stage and the official’s office in the Rural Development Department, the two in Mysuru. A house at Chikmagaluru and a house under construction at Nagavara in Bengaluru, a source said. Superintendent of Police, Anti Corruption Bureau, Mysore range, Kavita, led the search. A case of disproportionate assets has been registered and an investigation is on, the source said. ]]>
