Tamil Nadu, Sivaganga: Following this, as per the orders of the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, a total of 69 police, prison and fire and rescue personnel, including 15 armed policemen, 37 special policemen and 17 fire and rescue personnel, selected by the Uniformed Services Selection Board, were given appointment orders at a ceremony held at the Sivaganga District Police Office under the chairmanship of Sivaganga District Superintendent of Police Mr. Dongare Praveen Umesh.

 The function was attended by the 9th Battalion Commander of the Tamil Nadu Special Police Force, Mr. Karthikeyan, Additional Superintendent of Police at Sivaganga District Headquarters, Mr. Kalaikathiravan, Deputy Superintendent Mrs. Sridevi, Assistant Officer of the Sivaganga District Fire and Rescue Services Department, Mr. Senthil, Administrative Officer (Administration) of the District Police Office, Mr. Ashok Rajkumar, Administrative Officer (Accounts) Mr. Vasanthakumari and Special Division Police Inspector Mr. Venkatesa Perumal.
