Arrest of Nepali robbers by Rachakonda Police

Rachakonda: A joint Operation of Nacharam Police and CCS Malkajgiri was conducted regarding Nepal Offenders in Nacharam offenses.

In view of series of property offenses, the DCP Malkajgiri formed 6 lurking beats of Nacharam Police Station Law and Order Teams, and similarly, 3 teams were formed of the DCP, CCS, and deployed in Malkajgiri zone to apprehend the property offenders. On 23.03.2021 at about 1900 hours Mr. B. Nagaraju SIP of Nacharam Police Station along with his crime team while in area lurking duty, they noticed two persons roaming in a suspicious manner near the gold shop at Mallapur, immediately the team apprehended the two persons, and on questioning they revealed their identity as

1) Amar Bahadur S/o Hasao Bahadur, Age 32 years, occ: electrician, Caste: Kaminepali. R/o Mallikarjuna Nagar, Mallapur, Uppal (M). Medchal (D). N/o Babilchand (V), Surkeht (D), Nepal and 2) Lil Bahadur Kami @ Lalith S/o Lal Bahadur Kami, Age; 37 years, Occ, Security guard, R/o Panchampuri Das, Surketh (D), Nepal, on checking their person found one gold haram. When further questioned about gold haram they did not give a proper reply, hence the team brought them to Nacharam Police Station. On interrogation they confessed the offenses vide Cr No. 117/2021 U/s 457, 380 IPC, and also other cases of PS Nacharam vide in 1) Cr No. 118/2021 U/s 457, 380 IPC, 2) Cr.No. 121/2021 U/s 457, 380 IPC, 3) Cr.No. 130/2021, U/s 457, 380 IPC. They confessed to the commission of the offense along with the following accomplices

3) Ram Bahadur S/o Janga Bahadur, Age: 21 years, Occ: Labourer, R/o Mallikarjuna Nagar, Mallapur, Nacharam. N/o Nepal

4) Ashok Karan Singh Khane @ Ashok S/o Karan Singh Khane, Age 39 years, Occ, Security Guard, R/o Mallikarjuna Nagar, Mallapur, Nacharam N/o Pumal (V), Surkhhet Nepal

5)Vishwa Karma Sagar @ Sonu S/o Take Bahadur, Age: 28 yrs, Occ: Fast Food Centre at Mallapur, R/o Mallikarjuna Nagar, Mallapur N/o Burva (V), Kalilali (D), Nepal. Ph.No. 7219766943 and

6) Sm. Janavi W/o Prem Tamatta, Age, 32 yrs, Occ; House Keeping R/o Lamki, Kailali, Thapapu who hide in their rented room at Mallapur.

Mr. Balu Chouhan Inspector of Police of CCS Malkajgiri and Mr. B. Nagaraju DSI of Nacharam and their team proceeded to Mallapur and apprehended the above-said offenders and recovered 18 Thulas Gold ornaments, 48 Thulas Silver Ornaments & Net Cash Rs.5,330/- and brought them to Nacharam Police station for further legal action.

Total offenders apprehended – 06 (including women)

Total property recovered 21 Thulas Gold, 50 Thulas Silver, one Laptop, One LED TV Other Brass Items and one iPhone, Total worth Rs.13,20,000/- (Thirteen Lakhs Twenty Thousand Rupees)

The following Pending cases are detected:

2. Cr.No. 118/2021, 457,380 IPC of Nacharam – Grave
3. Cr.No. 121/2021, 457,380 IPC of Nacharam – Non Grave
4. Cr. No. 130/2021, 457,380 IPC of Nacharam – Non Grave

The case has been detected under the leadership of Mr. Mahesh M Bhagwat IPS, Commissioner of Police, Mr. G Sudheer Babu IPS, Addl. Commissioner of Police Rachakonda, Mrs. Rakshitha K Murty IPS, DCP Malkajgiri, and the guidance of Mr. Yadagiri DCP Crimes, Mr. Srinivas Addl. DCP Crimes, Mr. Shyam Prasad Rao, ACP Malakgiri division, Inspectors Mr.T. Kiran Kumar, Mr. T. Malla Reddy Detective Inspector of PS Nacharam PS, Inspectors Mr. Kasi Reddy, Mr. Ch Venkanna, Mr. Balu Chouhan, IT Cell Inspector Mr. Sridhar Reddy and Team Mr. B Nagaraju- DSI along with the staff of Nacharam Police Station and CCS Teams worked hard and detected the case.
