Vijayawada: NTR District Police Commissioner Mr. Kanti Rana Tata IPS said that prevention of sexual abuse and crimes against children is everyone’s responsibility. According to the instructions of Mr. Kanti Rana Tata IPS, awareness meetings are being organized in all the police stations of NTR district with the cooperation of the respective law and order police officers, direction officers and child line.
In this context, on 11.8.22, a meeting was held with the public at the community hall of Vambe Kalani H block within the NTR district Nunna police station and informed the public about the crimes committed against children and child marriages, child trafficking, sexual abuse of children, child labor system.
What is good touch and bad touch for children, how to tell children about POCSO laws, harm caused by intoxicants, what kind of punishment will be given to those who commit child marriages. Similarly, if you feel that children are in danger anywhere, anytime, it is your responsibility to immediately inform Police Control Room No. 100 or Child Line No.-1098 and protect the children from danger.
