Bhopal: The Bhopal railway Protection Force officers are always ready to assist the passengers in need. They are always on their toes when it comes to an emergency and when the task assigned to them is incomplete and needs to be positively completed. They are very active in performing their duties.
It was an apt example when RPF Constable Mr. Inder Yaday helped Mrs. Safia who was traveling on the Sharmik special train that was going from Karnataka to Gorakpur. Mrs.Safia had a 3month old girl child and she was hungry as she did not get milk for the past 2 days.
At Bhopal station, Mrs. Safia requested Mr. Inder Yaday to get some milk for the child. Mr. Inder went to pick up the milk and before he could reach and deliver the milk the train had started to leave the station, Mr.Inder with the rifle in one hand and the milk in another hand started to run to the moving train in order to give the milk to the woman with the child. He delivered the milk to Mrs. Safia.
This action of the RPF officer was recorded on the CCTV camera of the railway station. This action was appreciated by the Indian Railways.
