On May 23, 2023, at 20:00 hours, the Sub-Inspector of Police, along with the staff from Bibinagar Police Station, successfully apprehended the accused individuals at MRR Developers. The arrested persons, identified as A-1 Banothu Naveen alias Chandra Shekar, A-2 Gugulothu Pavan Kalyan, A-3 Banothu Madhu, A-4 Mood Kishan, A-5 Pidugu Naveen (Receiver), and A-6 JCL, were involved in a series of theft incidents.
The thefts included the stealing of 1 electrical wire within Bibinagar Police Station limits, 1 electrical wire in Bhuvanagiri Town Police Station limits, and 1 electrical wire in Athmakur (M) Police Station limits. Additionally, during the arrest, the police confiscated Rs.2,00,000/- in cash and 4 cell phones belonging to Banothu Naveen alias Chandra Shekar, Gugulothu Pavan Kalyan, Banothu Madhu, Mood Kishan, and JCL. They also seized a Bajaj Pulsar motorcycle with the registration number AP 10 W 2804.
The case involves “Ordinary Theft” that occurred on May 20, 2023, at 17:30 hours. The complainant, Kothi Krishna Reddy, a supervisor at MRR Developers in Kondamadugu, reported the theft of aluminum electrical wires. The accused individuals, namely Banothu Naveen alias Chandra Shekar, Gugulothu Pavan Kalyan, Banothu Madhu, Mood Kishan, and JCL, were arrested by the police, who also successfully recovered the stolen property.
The arrest and investigation were carried out under the supervision of Mr. M. Rajesh Chandra, IPS, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Yadadri-Bhongir Zone, Mr. S. Venkat Reddy, Assistant Commissioner of Police, Bhongir Division, Mr. A. Venkataiah, Circle-Inspector of Police, Bhongir Rural Circle, and Mr. V. Yugender, Sub-Inspector of Police at Bibinagar Police Station, along with their dedicated staff.
