Bidar : In Humanabad Sub-Division Mr. Kishor Babu IPS Supritendent of Police, Mr. Mahesh Meghanavvar Addl Supritendent of Police Bidar District and under the supervision of Mr. Shivanshu Rajput IPS Assistant Supritendent of Police formed a team. The team consisted of Mr. Amul Kale CPI Chitguppa Circle, Mr. Vijay Kumar CPI Manthala Circle & Mr.Sharnabasappa Kodla CPI Humnabad Circle with Mr. Manjugaud Patil PSI Humnabad Town Police Station, Mr. Waseem Patel PSI Manthal, Mr. Ambresh Waghmare PSI Baswakalyan Rural, Mr. Sudarshan Reddy PSI Mannakhelli consisted of three Police Station Staff in Humanabad Sub-Division. The Police arrested the accused persons in 10 days who were involved in three different cases which involved case of Ganja.
The Modus operandi of the accused were to transport the contabsnd by Bus, Car and lorry. The police seized one Lorry carrying 360 KG ganja worth more than 50 Lakhs, one Car worth of 2lakhs, One Lorry worth of 4 lakhs, 4 Mobiles Worth of Rs.8,380, the peddlers were from travelling from Andhra Pradesh, Telangana to Maharashtra by National Highway – 65. In these cases 60 Lakhs of property were seized from them and 7 accused were arrested in the said Cases and sent him to Judical Custody. SP Mr. Kishor Babu IPS rewarded the team for their Successfully completing the operation. Last year nearly 1000kg of cannabis was seized from the peddlers by the District Police which were destroyed were at the furnace of Invero Biotic Biological Waste Disposal Unit. Bidar District Police Mr. Kishor Babu IPS Supritendent of Police, Mr. Mahesh Meghanavvar Addl Supritendent of Police with Mr. Shivanshu Rajput IPS ASP, Mr. Prithvik Shankar IPS ASP Bhalki Sub-Division and Mr. Satish KM DySP Bidar Sub-Division Bidar was actively monitoring and detecting the Crimes.
