Chhindwara: On the late night of 03/04/12/21 at 12:15 am, the applicant Gyani, Chaurai Police Station Chhindwara District informed on dial 100, that Mangal Prasad was bleeding due to injury marks on his head and ear. Immediately on receipt of information, the police team of the station in-charge, Chaurai reached the spot and took preliminary action and after inspecting the spot by the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) team, the route was established and Post Mortem was done. After receiving the Post Mortem report, on the basis of circumstantial facts and evidence, it came to know that the deceased Mangal Prasad for the last time was seen having a dispute with his son Shyam Sundar.
As soon as the information about the incident was received, the police station in-charge, Chaurai Niri, in view of the seriousness of the incident by the Superintendent of Police, Chhindwara Mr. Vivek Agarwal IPS., Mr. Shashi Vishwakarma was directed to arrest the accused immediately. The accused son Shyam Sundar was taken into custody as a result of the activism, promptness, and continuous hard work done by the police team of Chaurai Police Station. On interrogation of accused son Shyam Sundar by the research team, Shyam Sundar admitted that he killed his father in anger.
