Chennai, Tamil Nadu: A safety awareness program for children was conducted. Children were advised to know details such as their father’s name, telephone number, home address, and school information. They were instructed to call the ‘Singappen’ (Lioness) Special Task Force helpline (1091) if they or other women needed assistance, and to ask their parents to save this number on their mobile phones. They were also advised to interact kindly with their friends.
