Andhra Pradesh, Kakinada: The third day of the physical fitness tests for constable recruitment witnessed active participation at the Kakinada District Police Parade Ground. These tests form a crucial part of the police recruitment process, specifically for candidates who successfully cleared the preliminary written examination for constable positions in the joint East Godavari District.
On this day, a total of 268 candidates appeared to demonstrate their physical capabilities as per the rigorous standards set for the selection process. Among them, 185 candidates met the prescribed fitness criteria and qualified to proceed to the subsequent stages of the recruitment process.
The event was conducted under meticulous arrangements to ensure fairness, transparency, and adherence to the recruitment protocols. Kakinada District Superintendent of Police, Shri Vikrant Patil, IPS, personally oversaw the proceedings. His direct supervision emphasized the importance of this phase in selecting candidates who possess the physical endurance and strength essential for the responsibilities of a police constable. The ongoing fitness tests continue to serve as a testament to the district’s commitment to maintaining a high standard of recruitment for its police force.
