Rachakonda: DCP Rachakonda Road Safety Ms. Sribala achieved remarkable success at the World Police and Fire Games 2023, held in Winnipeg, Canada from July 28 to August 6. She secured two silver medals and one bronze medal in table tennis, excelling in Women’s Singles 40+ (Bronze), Women’s Doubles 40+ (Silver), and Mixed Doubles 40+ (Silver) categories.
Additionally, she exhibited her prowess in badminton, clinching a gold medal in Women’s Singles 40+ and a bronze medal in Mixed Doubles 40+. This biennial event, designed along the lines of the Olympic Games, draws participation from over 8,000 athletes representing more than 70 countries and various police and fire departments worldwide. With a diverse array of more than 60 sports, the competition showcases the talents of law enforcement and firefighting professionals on a global stage.
