<![CDATA[The developer of Crystal Towers has been arrested by the Bhoiwada police as a fire that struck the building claimed four lives and left 21 injured on Wednesday. The Police said that the developer, Abdul Razzak Supariwala, was arrested from central Mumbai late on Wednesday night. Mr. Supariwala has been charged with culpable homicide not amounting to murder and endangering life or personal safety of others under the Indian Penal Code, along with relevant sections of the Maharashtra Fire Prevention and Life Safety Act. Ms. Ambika ,Deputy Commissioner of Police (Zone IV) confirmed the arrest.]]>
