Imphal, Manipur: In a significant initiative to strengthen the operational capabilities of the police force, DGP Mukesh Singh, IPS, along with the Additional Director General of Police (Law & Order), conducted a comprehensive briefing for officers and commanders of the Special Commando Unit at the Police Headquarters (PHQ), Manipur, on 29 June 2026.
The briefing focused on enhancing operational preparedness, reinforcing professionalism and discipline, and ensuring seamless coordination among specialized units to effectively respond to evolving security challenges across the State.
Senior officers emphasized the importance of maintaining the highest standards of training, vigilance, and teamwork while carrying out operational duties. They also highlighted the need for continuous readiness, swift response, and coordinated action to safeguard public safety and maintain law and order.
