Dindigul: Thangaraj (41), a TV mechanic, belongs to Lingavadi near Nattam in Dindigul district. Udayakumar (37) belonging to the same area, on the last 6th in Lingavadi, there was a sudden dispute between them. Enraged, Udayakumar killed Thangaraj with his sickle. Seeing this, the people of the area caught Udayakumar and assaulted him.
He suffered serious injuries and died on the way to Natham Government Hospital. Mr. Thangamuniaswamy, inspector of Natham police station, registered a case and conducted an investigation regarding these murder incidents. In this situation, the police arrested 6 people from Lingavadi, Cholai (21), Vellimalai (39), Balakumar (32), Shivam (26), Arunkumar (26) and Suresh (39), who were involved in the case of beating Udayakumar to death.
