Dindigul, Tamil Nadu: A fire suddenly broke out at a coir warehouse in Uluppakudi, near Natham in Dindigul district. Due to the large quantity of coir waste present, the fire spread rapidly across the warehouse, causing flames to flare up intensely. Upon receiving the information, Natham fire personnel rushed to the scene and worked vigorously to extinguish the blaze by spraying water. Strong winds made it difficult to bring the fire under control; however, after a strenuous hour-long battle, the firefighters successfully contained and fully extinguished the fire.
