<![CDATA[The Central Crime Branch on Sunday arrested four persons for selling IPL tickets in black. The accused are Shivakumar, 35, Sharanappa, 37, Jaffar, 36, and Chandrashekhar, 36, all employees of a private firm in the city. The accused were caught selling tickets near Anil Kumble circle for the match between RCB and KKR. The police recovered 11 tickets priced at Rs.1,750 each and cash of Rs.8,300. The police said the accused had made their friends and relatives stand in queue to get tickets at the counter and planned to sell it at higher prices to make profit.]]>
