Gurugram, December 29: GC Gurugram marked Veterans Day with great pride and respect by felicitating 58 CRPF veterans in recognition of their dedicated service to the nation.
On the occasion, the DIG, GC Gurugram Shri Parma Shivan, along with senior officers, interacted warmly with the veterans, listened to their concerns, and assured them of continued support and assistance from the force.
Special appreciation was extended to the senior-most veterans who attended the function — Shri Chandrasen (Ex-Assistant Commandant), aged 89, and Shri Omprakash Yadav (Ex-Commandant), aged 84, whose presence inspired all participants.
The event reaffirmed the CRPF’s unwavering commitment to stand by its veterans and their families, honoring their sacrifices and lifelong contribution to national security.
