Guna: Under the direction of Superintendent of Police Mr. Rajesh Kumar Singh IPS and under the guidance of Additional Superintendent of Police Mr. Akash Amalkar IPS, Kotwali police station succeeded in arresting the accused who kidnapped the girl and raped her.
On December 7, 2021, in the police station Kotwali, the complainant filed a report that a person had taken away his minor girl. On the report, the crime was registered in the police station Kotwali and taken up for investigation. During the investigation, after searching intensively for the kidnapping, the police station team raided from Indore on 14 December.
The girl told in her statements that Pawan alias Sonu Kori resident of village Padiya district Rajgarh had taken her along with her by luring her and forcibly committed wrongdoing with her without her consent. On the basis of which the accused has been arrested from Guna by increasing the section of the Posco Act in the case. During interrogation, the accused confessed to his act. The accused has been produced before the Hon’ble Court.
