Krishnagiri: During a routine vehicle check near Perandapalli bus stop within the jurisdiction of the Hosur ADCO police station in Krishnagiri district, the ADCO police discovered Gutka products and packets of foreign liquor, which are prohibited by the Tamil Nadu government. The individual responsible for smuggling these prohibited items from another state was apprehended. The seized Gutka goods, liquor, and the two-wheeler were brought to the station, where a case was registered. The accused was subsequently sent to judicial custody and incarcerated.
