Haryana Police has arrested three persons and seized 101.8 Kg Ganja and 594 gram Charas in two separate incidents in Sonipat district. In the first case, a CIA team recovered Ganja weighing 101.8 Kg from the possession of two accused who were riding a car. The arrested accused have been identified as Surender and Hariom, R/o Sonipat. In the second operation, a team of Anti-Narcotic Cell after getting specific intelligence about smuggling of Charas, had intercepted the particular vehicle. On search of the vehicle the police found the presence of 594 gram of Charas which was duly seized from the possession of accused identified as Rohit, R/o Sonipat. Further investigation is underway.
