Rachakonda: On 22.08.2020 at early hour’s one unknown partially burnt Male dead body was found with stab injuries near Hollywood Enterprise Timber depot at Sagar x road, LB Nagar, RR district and the Police arrested three accused persons and is being produced before the Hon’ble court.
The details of the arrested accused are:
A.1 MohdIsaq alias Isaq son of Ibrahim, age, 22 years, Occ. Auto driver, Caste: Muslim resident of Near Hari Darga, Namakkarkhanna, Zhirra, AsifnagarTappachabutra(PS), Hyderabad.
A.2 Mohd Irfan @ Irfan, son of Mohd Afsar, age. 22 years, Occ. Auto/ car driver, Caste. Muslim, resident of. H. No. Lucky hotel. Saber Nagar, Zhirra, Asifnagar, Tappachabutra(PS), Hyderabad,
A.3 Riyaz Khan, son of Rais khan, age. 19 years, Occ. Auto driver, resident of H. No. near Habeeb Nagar Nala, Ghotola Masjid, Habeeb Nagar, Hyderabad.
The Police seized two knives and Auto bearing Registration No. TS15UD5202 from the possession of the accused.

Mohd Abdul Muqeem @ Muqeem s/o Mohd Abdul Mujeeb age 20 yrs R/o Yousufnagar, Zhirra Tappa Chabutra, Hyderabad
On 22.08.2020 at about 0550 hours the LB Nagar Police received a complaint from Mr. Vivek Patel owner of “Hollywood Timber Depot” situated at bearing GHMC No. 7-1-7 & 7-1-8, near Sagar X Road, LB Nagar, RR dist. stating that on 22.08.2020 at about 05:00 hours, he found one unknown partially burnt Male dead body with stab injuries. Basing on the complaint the LB Nagar Police registered a case with CR. NO: 977/2020 U/S 302, 201 R/W 34 IPC, and the investigation was initiated. During the course of the investigation, on credible information, on 28-10-20 at 1800 hours at Mansoorabad, the Police apprehended the above three accused persons and seized the above incriminating material.
The deceased was leading a livelihood by driving an Auto on hire. A.1 is a coolie and A.2 and A.3 are Auto drivers and all friends and living in the same locality. The Deceased being and an auto driver used to park his Auto at Mehdipatnam, auto-stop, and developed close contacts with A.1.
He also started visiting the home of A.1 and started looking at the wife of A.1 in a lewd manner which was not liked by A.1. Once, in his absence, the deceased visited the house of A.1 and caught hold of the hand of Al’s wife and said to her that he would provide a Good Mobile phone and then misbehaved with her. It was known to A. 1 and then he along with A.2 planned to eliminate the deceased and with that intention, they purchased two knives for Rs.1500/- from a shop and kept in A.1’s home and waited for an opportunity.
On 21.8.2020 at evening hours at Asif Nagar, A.1 and A.2 found the deceased with an Auto bearing Registration No. TS15-UD-5202 which was found to have been stolen in the limits of Sangareddy (R) and planned to kill him. Then they met him and offered him alcohol and they sat nearby a bush and while A2 was talking to the deceased the A.1 went to his residence took the money and two concealed knives and reached Sri JB wines, Mallepally and purchased liquor Bottle and all the three reached Gudi Malkapur KGM lane, beside Vegetable Market yard and sat on the footpath and consumed alcohol till midnight and when the deceased was fully intoxicated, A.1 pushed him down on the footpath and while A.2 caught hold of the hands of the Deceased A.1 stabbed him in the neck and other places further A2 also stabbed him. When he was dead they left the body there and approached A.3 for his advice to dispose of the dead body and cover up the murder. Then according to the Advice of A3, all the three accused took the dead body of the deceased in the Auto and brought to the scene of crime near the timber depot and threw it. Further A.1 ad A.2 went to the Nampally petrol pump and bought Petrol in a Bottle and poured on the dead body and burnt the body in order to wipe out clues and identification.
The accused Al was previously involved in a hurt case at Abids Police Station and A2 was involved in a hurt case at the Asifnagar Police Station case.
The arrest was made with the help of Hyderabad city Police under the supervision of Mr. Mahesh M. Bhagawat, I.P.S., Commissioner of Police, Rachakonda, Mr. G. Sudheer Babu, IPS, Addl. Commissioner of Police, Rachakonda, and under the guidance of Mr. Sunpreeth Singh IPS, DCP LB Nagar Zone, and under the directions of Mr. K. PruthvidharRao, Asst. Commissioner of Police, LB Nagar Division, by Mr. V.Ashok Reddy, Inspector of Police, Mr. D.Krishna Mohan, Detective Inspector of Police and staff of LB Nagar Police Station.
