Lucknow: A delegation comprising 11 trainee officers from the prestigious Indian Foreign Service (IFS) recently conducted a formal and respectful courtesy visit to Mr. Vijay Kumar, an accomplished officer of the Indian Police Service (IPS) currently holding the distinguished position of Director General of Police (DGP) in Uttar Pradesh.
