Indore: Instructions have been given by Inspector General of Police Indore Mr. Harinarayanchari Mishra IPS and Deputy Inspector General of Police Indore (City) Mr. Manish Kapuria IPS to curb the incidents of vehicle theft in the city and to trace and seize the stolen vehicles.
In compliance with the instructions, under the guidance of Superintendent of Police West Indore Mr. Maheshchand Jain IPS and Additional Superintendent of Police Mhow, Mr. Puneet Gehlod IPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police Headquarters Mr. Ajay Vajpayee IPS, while taking action by the police team under the leadership of station in-charge Khudail Mr. Mahendra Singh Bhadauria on the basis of information received from the informer, arrested the three accused, and succeeded in confiscating five motorcycles.
On interrogation of the arrested accused, Mahesh father Kanhaiya Maurya aged 20 years, Rohan father Sandeep Goswami aged 21 years, and Meenesh father Manish Sonkar aged 20 years said to be of Indore.
The accused admitted to stealing vehicles from police stations Khudel, Bhavarkua, Khajrana, and district Harda.
The police station in-charge Khudail, Mr. Mahendra Singh Bhadauria, Sub-Inspector Mr. Prashant, Mr. Vikram, Head Constable Mr. Ghanshyam Chauhan, Mr. Vijay, Constable Mr. Paras, Mr. Praveen, Mr. Hari Sharma, and Constable Mr. Sagar played an important role in the arrest of the accused.
