Jammu: The Jammu Police has achieved a major success in the war against drugs. Around 100Kg of Heroine, 13 Tons Poppy Straw and 450Kg of Charas were seized besides Rs.50 Lakhs of drug money this year. The police had registered 496 FIRs and 1293 accused were arrested and the Police had unearthed International drug linkage. Narcotics Terror linkages are being investigated by the Police.
