Srikakulam: Under the guidance of the Honorable District Judge Junaid Ahmed Maulana, a workshop was conducted today at the Srikakulam District Nyaya Seva Sadan, focused on the Juvenile Justice Act. This event was organized by the Juvenile Justice Committee of the Honorable High Court of Andhra Pradesh, aiming to provide guidance to all members involved in matters related to juvenile justice.
During the workshop, the District Judge emphasized the importance of attentively monitoring children’s behavior by adults, and he urged parents to take personal responsibility for observing and understanding their children’s conduct regularly. Additionally, he stressed that all departments handling such cases should thoroughly investigate the reasons behind a child’s engagement with the law, striving for a comprehensive understanding of each situation.
The program saw the participation of various officials, including Srikakulam District SP Mrs. G.R. Radhika IPS, District Magistrates, Child Welfare Officers, and representatives from the Education Department.
