Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh, October 2025: In a progressive initiative aimed at crime prevention through reformation, Kakinada District Superintendent of Police, Sri G. Bindu Madhav, IPS, has directed all police stations in the district to regularly interact with and counsel rowdy sheeters within their jurisdiction.
Following these instructions, police officers from Kakinada I Town Law & Order Police Station and Karapa Police Station conducted counseling sessions for identified individuals, encouraging them to abandon unlawful activities and adopt a positive, law-abiding lifestyle.
This initiative reflects the Kakinada District Police’s commitment to proactive policing, focusing on rehabilitation and community harmony along with law enforcement.
