Kullu, Himachal Pradesh, January 3, 2026: In a moment of pride for the Kullu District Police, Superintendent of Police Mr. Madan Lal on 3.1.2026 formally conferred the rank of Inspector on Mr. Amar Singh, following his promotion from Sub-Inspector.
