Jabalpur: On account of the fast increasing number of Corona patients the Madhya Pradesh Government has imposed Lockdown in order to contain the spread of COVID-19. The Police were instructed to ensure the strict adherence of the lockdown and the Covid guidelines set forth by the Government to break the chain of the spread of COVID-19.
In accordance with this guideline set by the Government, the Jabalpur SP Mr.Siddharth Bahuguna IPS issued an order to the Police to implement the Lockdown strictly and punish the violators. So from 7 AM to 7 PM took strict action against, 327 people who were wandering without reason in violation of the Corona Guideline, 188 were lodged against violation and 56 shopkeepers were detained in the temporary jail for violating the order of lockdown.
In the morning from 7 am to 7 pm, in violation of the Corona Guideline, 30 lakh persons, who did not apply masks on their mouths and did not follow social distance, were punished by the police and were made to pay Rs.400 fine.
