Hyderabad: On 8th August, 2022 Mr. C.V. Anand IPS CP Hyderabad visited Bibi Ka Alava and presented the datti and reviewed the security arrangements. Mr. DS. Chauhan IPS Additional CP, Mr. P. Vishwaprasad IPS Joint CP SB, Mr. AV Ranganath IPS Joint CP Traffic, Mr. Sai Chaitanya IPS DCP South Zone and other officers participated.
Later CP Hyderabad spoke to the media, he said since 10 days arrangements have being made for Moharam activities in Hyderabad city. I am informing the Shia Muslims that Hyderabad City Police will provide full assistance.
On the occasion of the 10th Moharram procession, we are monitoring along with DCP Traffic to ensure that there is no disruption to the traffic and all kinds of pre-arrangements have also been made.
In terms of peace, security arrangements have also been made as a preventive measure. I request people to cooperate with the police.
