Park Titanium: As clouds gather over our area, the Sun will shine bright at Park Titanium today as one of our own comes back home, after winning a personal war with the deadly novel coronavirus.
She is a Covid-19 warrior and as a leader of her pack, she has led the battle from the front. We all are aware of how passionate she is about her work and how dedicated she is. In these difficult times, she has fought like a lioness, as members of her staff lagged behind after getting infected, she continued the combat without backing out a bit.
The past 6/7 months have been one of the toughest, we have encountered as a society country, and people of the world. Some of us might have cribbed about the compulsions of staying at home, not able to eat at restaurants, or meeting friends. In times like these, it is the soldiers like her that set an example. She has been tirelessly working at ground zero and monitoring the situation operating almost 24/7 managing her frontline responsibilities along-with her household tasks as a daughter-in-law, wife, and mother to two beautiful kids. As some of her team members got infected, never did she even think of backing off from her duties, while carrying the apprehension for the other members of the team and her family.
While at the forefront of the fight, it was evident that she interacted with hundreds and thousands and it is in these tough times not long ago that she started feeling some symptoms of tiredness herself. She got herself tested and as the reports came back positive, she wasn’t worried much about herself as she was about her colleagues and family with whom she had been interacting. With God’s grace and blessings of her well-wishers, reports of her family and team came negative.
As a quarantine measure and to isolate herself from her family, she got herself admitted to the hospital. At the hospital, was another tough time being cut-off from the physical world for about a fortnight, but being the warrior that she is, she has wrestled and conquered the battle.
Today as Madam Mrs.Smita Patil (DCP of PCMC) comes back to her family at K902 and to us at “Park Titanium” let us give her a round of applause to welcome her home and award her a hero’s welcome that she so gracefully deserves.
Madam, we at Park Titanium were, are, and will always be proud of you. May God grant you the strength to recover soon. God bless you and your family. A word of gratitude for Dr. Nilesh and Dr. Swapnil Bhokare from our society who treated madam at Vatsalya Hospital and therefore deserve a special mention.
Madam, we will always be indebted to you and the likes of you who have and still are relentlessly and wholeheartedly battled to keep us safe.
