Navi Mumbai: The Vashi police received a complaint from Gehna Jewellers that 2.5Kg of jewelry which is worth Rs.1 Crore has been stolen from its premises. On conducting the investigation it was found that the manager of Gehna Jewellers was absconding and a search party was organized to find the manager. On conducting the search operations it was found that he had gone to a forest at Pali which is located in Rajasthan. When the police nabbed the manager after a week they recovered 1 Kg of stolen gold from his possession. They arrested the manager who was identified as Gopal Solanki. The police are now in search of his accomplice who is still on the run.
