Itanagar: In a formal ceremony, Mr. Satish Golchha, IPS, took over as the new DGP of the State of Arunachal Pradesh, today, with a promise to uphold the ideals of selfless service and public welfare, and to guide Arunachal Pradesh Police to new heights. He is a 1992 batch IPS officer of the AGMUT cadre.
