Tirunelveli: An order has been issued under section 41(2) Chennai City police act 1997(extended the cities of Salem Tiruchirapalli and Tirunelveli) for a period of 15 days commencing from 00.00 hours on 25.09.2024 to 24.00 hours 09.10.2024, prohibiting assemblies meetings processions agitation and demonstrations etc, for the preservation of public peace or public safety within the city of Tirunelveli.
