<![CDATA[The police,on Sunday, arrested a gang of five for attacking a Chinese national in an attempt to rob him on July 25. The accused identified as Sharath, 25; Mani, 23; Vijaya, 22; Manikantha, 20; and Arun Kiran, 20, tried to rob the man’s mobile phone and made a long cut on his face with a knife when he resisted. The victim, identified as Yun, who is in the city on business trip, was waiting for a cab near a shop in Indiranagar. The arrest was made based on the CCTV footage.
