Trivandrum: Those seeking employment abroad should apply online to obtain a Police Clearance Certificate from the Passport Offices under the Ministry of External Affairs.
First you need to register at the Passport Service Portal https: // https: //www.passportindia.gov.in/AppOnlineProject/online/pccOnlineApp
Click on the ‘Apply for Police Clearance Certificate’ link and fill up the form and submit. Then select pay and schedule appointment in view saved submitted application. Print out the receipt of the application after payment. It will contain the reference number of the application. Must arrive at Passport Service Center along with originals and copies of documents on the date of appointment.
