Andhra Pradesh, Anakapalli: District SP Sri Tuhin Sinha, IPS, conducted a “Police Grievance Redressal” program at his office, aiming to personally address the concerns of police personnel across various ranks in the Anakapalli District Police Department. This initiative provided a direct platform for officers and home guards to voice their grievances and seek resolution.
During the program, police staff and home guards openly shared their concerns regarding health issues, employment-related challenges, work-life balance, and personal hardships. SP Sri Tuhin Sinha, IPS, attentively listened to their problems and assured them of prompt resolution. He immediately instructed the relevant authorities to take necessary action to address the grievances, ensuring that issues were dealt with efficiently and effectively.
The District SP emphasized that the well-being of police personnel remains his foremost priority. He reaffirmed the commitment of the Anakapalli Police Department to reducing occupational stress, improving working conditions, and enhancing overall welfare measures.
