<![CDATA[CHENNAI: The anti-video piracy cell of the Central Crime Branch, Chennai arrested a 24 year-old man from Tirupathur (Vellore district) for illegally streaming latest Tamil films on his website tamilgun.in. Police arrested Gowrishankar after he was trapped by functionaries belonging to the Tamil Film Producers Council (TFPC). N Rajasekaran of TFPC said, "We have been regularly monitoring online piracy of Tamil films. On Tuesday, I posed as a video trader and contacted Gowrishankar who runs Sky End Web Solutions in Tirupathur. He agreed to sell me pirated copies of Tamil films and some pornographic films for Rs 1,000. He met me at Triplicane with pirated DVDs of `Vivegam', 'Meesaya Murukku', 'Vikram Vedha' and pornographic films, apart from a 16GB pen drive." Rajasekaran handed over Gowrishankar to the city police who in turn arrested him.]]>
