<![CDATA[HYDERABAD: In a raid, conducted by Central Crime Station (CCS) Hyderabad police have arrested four persons for illegally indulged in money fraud and threats. The police have identified them as Soma Roka, Arnabsur, Mohammed Imran and Ho-Chi-Minh Sarani from West Bengal. In a report, the Joint Commissioner of Police Avinash Mohanty said that the culprits had operated a call centre under the name of ‘Saha Enterprises’. To run the centre they had even hired 20 women as telecaller executives. This year, in the month of May a victim approached Hyderabad police informing that his lakhs of rupees were extorted from him through threats. He was allegedly threatened that he would be arrested by the police as his details and photos were available on the dating portal. Following which Hyderabad police raided a call centre in Kolkata and in Hyderabad as well. Police registered a case against the accused based on the complaint lodged by the victim. They were later caught. During the interrogation, police learnt that the motive of operating the centres were mostly for duping people across the country and it was done in the name of an online dating portal. ]]>
