Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh: District police conducted extensive vehicle inspections across various police station limits as part of visible policing and road safety enforcement under the directions of District SP Sri K.V. Maheshwara Reddy, IPS.
The special drive focused on preventing traffic violations and improving awareness about road safety regulations among motorists. Police officers and staff carried out daily vehicle checks in different parts of the district to ensure compliance with traffic laws.
During the inspections, motorists were educated about the importance of wearing helmets, following traffic rules, and driving responsibly to prevent accidents and ensure public safety.
The initiative reflects the department’s continued efforts to strengthen traffic discipline and promote safer roads for the public.
