Prakasam: The Disha SOS App has been instilling confidence in the people of Andhra Pradesh. A mother unable to track her traveling daughter late in the night as her phone was switched off, fearing the worst, the mother in Prakasam District turned to the Andhra Pradesh Police for help and triggered the DishaSOS at 11:18 pm.
Alerting the nearby Police Station, the Police found the daughter at 11:35 pm at Kandukuru Bus Stop instead of the originally intended bus stop of Kanigiri as she took the wrong bus. The Police safely handed her over to her parents.
