Prakasam: A missing girl of Tamil Nadu was traced in Nellore. DGP Mr. Gautam Sawang IPS commended the cognizance taken in registering a Zero FIR and conducting a preliminary investigation by Prakasam Police when a helpless mother reached out regarding her missing daughter in Chennai. In view of the safety of the minor girl, a preliminary investigation was conducted as it took time for the transfer of the Zero FIR. The girl was traced at Nellore with her friend and was handed over to her grateful mother who thanked the Andhra Pradesh Police for reuniting them.
