Rachakonda: The SOT Madhapur and KPHB Police arrested the accused who were involved in committing a number of crimes and solved 18 cases through the apprehension of the accused.
The Offender Baswaraju Prakash aged about 32 years is native of Hampapur, Manchanayakanahalli, Ramnagar, Bangalore, Karnataka State. He is an active professional House Breaker by night, criminal involved in (18) Night House Breaking offenses in the Commissionerates Cyberabad (06), Rachakonda (07), Sanga Reddy dist (03) and Tamilnadu (02). Consequent to his arrest all the above cases are detected and properties in all W/Rs.70 lakhs recovered. The Recovery made by the police from the possession of the accused were in all 1,013 Grams gold ornaments 3.2 KGs silver ornaments, one Brezza Car and one Dio Motor Cycle, etc. W/Rs.70 lakhs,
The accused is habituated to visit Hyderabad. The Modus Operandi adapted by the accused to commit crimes is he used to move in the city and surrounding areas in day times, select the locked flats of the apartments and residential houses, and commits the offense during night hours by lock breaking. After committing offenses, he used to sell the gold and also mortgage it in Muthoot and pawnbrokers shops in Hyderabad. He spends this money on his lavish lifestyle. Previously he was arrested by Karnataka Police in property offenses and sent to jail.
The hard work is done by the SOT Madhapur and KPHB Police in arresting the offenders and detecting (18) property offenses of Telangana, and the Tamilnadu States, and seizure of the property worth of Rs.70, 00,000/- is highly commendable. All the Police personnel involved in this work will be awarded suitable rewards.
