Tiruvarur: In Tiruvarur, certificates were presented to commendable constables by District Superintendent of Police S. Jayakumar MSc. He emphasized the stringent measures taken against individuals engaged in serious offenses such as murder, robbery, pan masala gutka sales, and crimes against women and children. In recognition of outstanding service, police officers involved in combating criminal activities, including Head Constable S. Kaliyarasan and First Level Constables K. Mohan Dasan, S. Suresh, and Rajesh, were personally acknowledged and awarded Appreciation Certificates. Notably, they successfully seized 546 kg of banned Gudka Pan Masala, valued at approximately 5 lakhs, in the Udaiyur police station.
