<![CDATA[For allegedly raping a 5th standard student for a period of over 9 months, the principal and clerk of the school in Phulwari Sharif in Patna have been arrested.The girl was allegedly raped by the two repeatedly in the school premises. The girl also allegedly got pregnant during the period. The clerk allegedly filmed the act and blackmailed the victim. He has also been taken into custody. After the victim came back from school and started vomiting and her family took her to a doctor, the matter came to light. Upon examination, the doctor told her that she was two months pregnant. SSP Manu Maharaaj, Patna Senior Superintendent of Police confirmed the incident and said that the investigation was underway. The girl later revealed that she was sexually exploited by the principal and the clerk following which her parents filed a complaint in the matter. The girl will be taken for a medical examination on Thursday. A case under the Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act has been filed and the principal and his accomplice were arrested on Wednesday.]]>
