Shahdol: On the direction of Police Headquarters Bhopal, Operation Muskaan was conducted from 1st August 2022 to 15th September 2022 for the handicrafts of missing minor boys and girls. Under this, senior officers, all police station in-charges were directed to take effective action, especially with the cyber cell, to hand over the missing minor boys and girls of the district.
During Operation Muskaan, Shahdol Police took remarkable action and handed over 12 boys and 43 girls to their families in 55 cases including pending cases in the district from every corner of the country.
In these, police has done 7 cases of police station Kotwali Shahdol, 6 cases of police station Sohagpur, one episode of police station Singhpur, 5 cases of police station Gohparu, two cases in station Amlai, one episode in Khairha, 9 cases of Budhar, in 6 cases of Jaitpur, 6 cases of Beauhari police station, 7 cases of Jaisinghnagar police station, 4 cases of Sidhi police station and 1 case of Papondh police station, the police handed over the missing children to their families.
