Andhra Pradesh: Andhra Pradesh DGP, Mr. Harish Gupta, has issued a warning that strict action will be taken against individuals posting on social media about seeking retribution after the vote counting. Sharing posts, photos, and videos containing personal insults, or using them as WhatsApp statuses, is also prohibited. He stated that cases will be registered against such individuals under the IT Act, and rowdy sheets will be opened and the PD Act will be applied against them.
