Uttarakhand: The work of a police officer irrespective of his or her designation is very difficult. A Police officer who does his or her duty with utmost diligence and integrity has to but undergo a great deal of difficulty and pain. The officer whether sentry or police or paramilitary, his or her duty is filled with difficulty. A sensitive IPS officer learned the pain of a sentry. Mr. Ashok Kumar IPS have written a poem in his famous book “Khaki in Insan”. He is presently holding the DG Law & Order in the Uttarakhand Police.
